– INGREDIENTS –
1-2 tablespoon of freshly chopped basil leaves
6 tablespoons of corn bits
2 tablespoons of 0% fat Greek Yogurt
Salt & Pepper to taste
1- In a food processor, process together all the ingredients till you get the desired texture.
Serve with veggies or chips!
I added some garlic and ate it with pizza 😀 Whole dish wasn’t guilt free, but… tasted great!
