Roasted Garlic

Roasted Garlic is so easy to do, versatile in the kitchen and you can make a ton in advance for future recipes ๐Ÿ™‚ย  I love the way the garlic shell look like a beautiful flower…

– WHAT YOU NEED –

Whole Fresh Garlic

Olive Oil

ย ย 

1- Put the oven on BROIL

2- Cut the head of the garlic and brush some olive oil on the top and side

Broil 10 minutes and let cool ๐Ÿ™‚

    Roasted garlic is just one of those things–once you have some in the kitchen you never know how you got along without it. A couple cloves mashed up in potatoes is brilliant (or you could add a pound of cheese like the ones at au pied du cochon).
